Shipping:

1. We offer shipping within India with estimated delivery times of 2 weeks.
2. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.
3. Orders are typically processed within 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order. Here’s our return policy:

1. We do not offer refunds for personalized and customized items as they are made specifically for you.
2. Returns will only be accepted if the product:
– Is physically damaged upon arrival.
– Has missing parts.
– Is entirely different from the details specified in the product page, description, or order notes.
3. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
– It must be determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
– The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
– The product is returned in its original condition with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories.
4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned but will be eligible for a refund.
5. Requests for returns/exchanges should be placed within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

If all the conditions outlined above are met, a refund will be issued within 2 business days.

Note:

We reserve the right to refuse to accept requests for return of goods/products and to not provide an exchange/refund if the conditions outlined above are not met.
